 An English Touch Day Spa Policy: All Day Spa Packages require a credit card or 25% non-refundable deposit to book your appointment.        Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged at full price and any gift certificates you have will be void.

                                                 All gift certificates expire after 6 months no exceptions.
